The Opportunity at Altana

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead our user-facing application suite. You will be responsible for driving the execution of Altana’s product roadmaps, directly managing our Product Line Directors, and ensuring the cohesive development and enhancement of our workflows, user experience, visualizations, and cross-application pricing and packaging strategy.

This strategic role involves coordinating multiple product lines within our B2B and B2G SaaS ecosystem, centering AI and agentic workflows across our user experiences, and driving product-led network effects across our user base. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product marketing, design, and engineering teams to deliver unified, intuitive, and valuable product experiences for our customers. 

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Product Line Managers, providing strategic oversight to ensure alignment with Altana’s mission and product strategy.
• Drive execution and delivery of product roadmaps across Altana’s user-facing applications, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee the standardization and unification of user workflows, UX design patterns, and visualization strategies across multiple applications.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing to define, manage, and evolve cross-product pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
• Utilize customer insights, market research, and product analytics to continually refine and improve product offerings.
• Act as a senior strategic partner to Altana’s executive leadership, providing expert insights on product strategy, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.

About You

• Proven leadership experience managing senior product managers/directors who oversee distinct product lines within a B2B SaaS environment (minimum 8+ years).
• Demonstrated success driving execution and alignment of complex product roadmaps across multiple product lines.
• Deep expertise in building unified, intuitive user experiences across diverse enterprise software applications leveraging a common underlying platform.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for product decision-making.
• Exceptional collaborative skills, able to effectively influence and communicate across executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with proven experience aligning product strategies with business goals, market opportunities, and customer needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments, thriving in ambiguity and rapid innovation.
• Previous experience partnering closely with product marketing to manage product pricing, packaging, and market positioning.

This role is based in New York, NY and candidates must be within commuting distance from our Brooklyn office.  

US Salary Range and Benefits

$175,000 - $245,000 USD
