Maintenance Mechanic - Facilities - Bayfront Health

Position Summary

Performs diverse duties including emergency and preventive maintenance of electrical distribution, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, plumbing, pneumatic tube system, medical gas systems, and building structures, as well as fulfill the requirements of various departments.

Qualifications

Education/TrainingHigh school graduate or equivalent.

 

Licensure/Certification• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and be insurable under the Orlando Health insurance carrier’s requirements andstandards. Maintenance Mechanics, who are unable to maintain this requirement after at least 90 days of employment must signa “No Driving Document” which will be maintained in the team member’s department file and remain in effect until the approvalto drive is given by the insurance carriers as determined during routine driving records checks.)

 

ExperienceThree (3) years’ experience required involving trade applications or mechanical work to include automotive, industrial or hospitality.One (1) year experience required if a trade or vocational school graduate non trade specific.
