The Team:
The Cybersecurity Operations (CSO) Strategy and Service Delivery team (SSD) facilitates adoption of medium- and large-scale solutions, products and services, to all CSO teams. SSD also orchestrates strategic planning, resource optimization, and total Book of Work management across CSO to ensure all teams are working towards our most important initiatives.
CSO – which includes SOC, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Fusion, Cyber Assessments, and more – minimizes risk and potential impact of cyber incidents through rapid response, efficient communications, intelligence-enabled analysis, and continuous exposure & vulnerability management. With a focus on emerging technologies, CSO is made up of best-in-class talent and sophisticated technology implementations, providing hardened-but-simplified security operations for Citi staff, applications, infrastructure, and networks.
The Role:
Working across several teams, the team member will be pivotal in guiding operational teams through the selection, design, procurement, implementation, and value analysis processes for new capabilities. Additionally, the team member will be expected gather data points and justifications for strategic priorities and investment opportunities across CSO and assist in coordination of small strategic projects that span multiple teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Support ongoing management and reporting of cybersecurity products and projects
- Coordinate with platform, engineering, and business stakeholders to swiftly address issues and pave a path for new solutions
- Evaluate systems and processes spanning multiple cyber teams to ensure maximum efficacy and relevancy
- Liaise with internal and external parties (e.g., internal partner teams, external vendors, auditors, etc.)
- Providing necessary support to users during User Acceptance Testing
- Coordinate and communicate project updates with stakeholders to keep them apprised of development status
- Assist in developing and running the framework of Operations Strategy for CSO
- Supports major project roadmapping to ensure proper resource availability and dependency management
- Assists in coordination of budgetary management
- Coordinates regular strategic planning reviews with senior management
- Design and maintenance of the CSO Programs catalog
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business (Technical focus), or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of technology or cybersecurity industry experience
- Technical project or product development experience preferred
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies, vendor engagement, and experience with managing consulting engagements
