Drive and develop revenue across our regional &amp; global division with emphasis on driving business into the ENA portfolio of hotels. Achieving team and individual targets as set annually. Following the ENA Sales &amp; Global Leisure Sales strategy as defined</p><p>Your <strong>main accountabilities </strong>will be:</p><ul><li>Develop and animate a set portfolio of leisure accounts (</li><li>Follow segment strategy in order to grow revenue and market share from client base</li><li>Contracting business in line with buying patterns of client and considering hotel budgets.</li><li>Arranging &amp; managing Business Reviews Meetings with key partners throughout the year</li><li>Organize &amp; attend a variety of activities to support growth of business including Accor ‘Sales in Motion‘events, Tradeshows,  exhibitions, sales missions and client events</li><li>Develop strong knowledge of regional hotel portfolio</li><li>Set and execute Account Development Plans</li><li>Ensure ROI is managed across all actions</li><li>Build relationships with third party associations, airlines, trade bodies, tourist boards to help build awareness of destinations, hotels, new openings</li><li>Arrange presentations to clients on key topics, new openings, and new hotels</li><li>Offer a consultative sales approach to both clients &amp; hotels</li><li>Promote marketing and exposure opportunities for the hotels</li><li>Contribute towards Leisure campaigns to achieve targeted results </li><li>Cross Segment: Work closely with other sales teams, hubs and hotels as deemed necessary</li><li>Work alongside Leisure colleagues in a professional manner at all time</li><li>Ensure strong knowledge of tools, &amp; programs used to drive Leisure b2b segment and achieve team targets</li><li>Project management as relevant to deliver commercial actions to help drive business from segment</li><li>Track, analyze and report all business from portfolio and take ownership of market segment to produce reports and presentations as deemed necessary</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>University degree – BA or Hospitality</li><li>At least 5 years of experience Hotel/ Leisure sales Industry</li><li>Understanding of own marketplace</li><li>Fluent in <strong>Portuguese &amp; Spanish – Mandatory</strong></li><li>C1 English, French or Italian would be a plus</li><li>Result Oriented</li><li>Customer Focus</li><li>Strong collaborative and communication skills</li><li>Team Player</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer:</strong><br/>  </p><ul><li>Be part of an international company</li><li>Work for a leader brand as Accor present in 110 countries</li><li>Development and career opportunities</li><li>Benefits according to the role</li><li>Accor discounts card</li><li>Hybrid working model</li></ul><p><strong>Our commitment to Diversity &amp; Inclusion:</strong><br/> We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.</p><p><strong>Why work for Accor?</strong><br/> By joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.
