Position Overview

We are seeking a principal Software Engineer to serve as the technical lead across multiple teams delivering mission grade systems.

You will select development approaches guide implementation and drive technology adoption that advances program performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software development teams and delegate programming and testing responsibilities
• Recommend new technologies and processes for complex projects and ensure quality control
• Coordinate installation and operations and provide oversight of documentation and process standards

Qualifications

• Twenty years of software engineering experience on programs of similar scope and complexity
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or four additional years of software engineering experience in lieu of degree
• Five years in CNO environments and five years with Python
• Five years of user interface web design and seven years of software database and repository interface development
