Ready to get started?</p><p></p><h2><b>Main responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>Deliver collections management services to Sanofi Business Operations</li><li>Review AR ageing reports, perform collection &amp; dunning, escalate &amp; follow-up actions</li><li>Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner</li><li>Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines, prepare KPI report</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><p></p><p>The Collection Analyst reports to Collection Management Lead and may be assigned a specific sub-process.
