As a Supervisor, Quality at RXO, you’ll play a key role in upholding and advancing quality standards for our Freight Forwarding team. With our support, you’ll have the resources to build a rewarding career that exceeds your expectations while making a tangible impact on our team and clients.

 

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Collaborate with IT to test new customer integrations and implement system upgrades effectively
• Guide and develop team members, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures
• Partner with the Operations Manager to make strategic decisions on quality initiatives and safety standards
• Design and manage KPI reports to measure productivity and performance in collaboration with operations and management teams
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Investigate and analyze customer complaints to ensure prompt and effective resolution
• Coordinate third-party and internal audits, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Conduct routine audits of departments and production lines to verify adherence to quality and safety standards
• Oversee team supervisory functions, including interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Contribute to pricing proposals for major client projects, aligning quality objectives with client expectations

 

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years of relevant work experience 

 

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
• Skilled in Excel, Power BI or Tableau for KPI reporting and productivity analysis
• Knowledge of OSHA or relevant industry safety regulations to promote and maintain a safe work environment

This job requires the ability to:             

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights 
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time 
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel  

• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
