Position Overview
Mirador is seeking a motivated and technology savvy Junior Analyst to support our technology products to serve the wealth management industry. We seek diligent, detail-oriented professional to join the team. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering a high-quality result on a timely basis.
This role will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day onboarding, configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of various technology products for our clients and internal stakeholders in varying technological and operational needs. You will also work closely with developers, clients, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new enhancements and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have interest in technology, operations, and finance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with requirements gathering and coordinate prioritization of product requests across stake holder groups.
- Help execute on project plans, user acceptance testing, and requirement documents.
- Test new features and functionalities to ensure that requirements were correctly implemented across technology products such as Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries from clients and business partners.
- Coordinate sales process and user onboarding.
- Assist in maintaining product roadmap and product requirements.
- Assist with research, selection, and due diligence process for financial technology vendors.
- Complete ad-hoc technological and operational tasks and projects.
- Support Product team with scheduling & coordinating meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 0-1 years of relevant financial and technology industry experience or academic background preferred
- Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity.
- Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining an organized approach to duties and responsibilities.
- Devotion to collaboration and ability to thrive in a team environment while working independently.
- Must be proactive in assessing and acting upon client and company needs.
- Ability to evaluate, manage, and resolve unexpected situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with learning and leveraging new technologies to drive efficiency and scalability.
