The Role

Ampcontrol is seeking a Customer Operations Associate to join the growing Customer Operations Team, it is one of the newer teams at Ampcontrol and you will be joining at the earliest stage to help shape its future. This role will be reporting to the Customer Operations Lead. 

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn, is excited about climate-tech and the EV industry and who has a passion for operations, creating and building processes and systems, and who enjoys being given a blank canvas. 

This role will be tasked with: 

• Supporting the Customer Operations Lead in responding to customer questions and issues
• Building the foundational material for support manuals and training modules
• Creating and establishing customer operations processes and systems for responding to customer inquiries at scale
• Working with and improving Ampcontrol’s tools for customer support 
• Working cross functionally with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to create scalable and repeatable processes 
• Coordinating and performing hardware interoperability tests as well as maintaining relationships with manufacturers

• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Ability to self-motivate and self-manage - as a growing company we are looking for individuals who want to take ownership of their projects and work 
• Someone who will thrive on the challenge of creating processes, and systems that will scale as we do
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with the EV charging or energy industry is not required but a plus
