Peloton is looking for a Senior Talent Management Program Manager to enhance our end-to-end talent processes, including the creation of a best-in-class approach to succession planning across our global organization in order to increase talent density. As a member of the Global Talent team, this role will be responsible for the strategic evolution, development and launch of talent processes, tools and assessments that help Peloton leaders evaluate, manage, and grow their talent.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of disciplines within the People function, including building, maintaining and measuring talent programs salaried and hourly team member populations. This individual will be dynamic, will welcome and embrace constant change, and will be willing to roll-up their sleeves. They will have organizational development skills, high ownership, and will bring a bias for action and a focus on driving continuous improvement.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Design and drive programs for team member development, succession planning, assessments and leadership coaching development
- Identify and assess individual Team Member talents, strengths and areas for development, with a focus on high potential talent/successors
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and People Leaders to create plans for team member development and ensure we have ready now internal talent for executive/critical roles
- In partnership with L&D, create experiential/learning opportunities to enhance skills/behaviors for high potential performers
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives
- Conduct organizational assessments and analysis (with analytics) to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to address identified needs
- Implement coaching strategy for the company incorporating a mix of internal and external approaches to coaching- the why, what and how
- Leverage data and analytics to to assess the effectiveness of talent management strategies
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices and incorporate into strategies
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience in building, launching, and maintaining effective global programs, tools, and resources needed for workforce development, retention, promotion, and succession planning.
- Experience across talent management, organizational development and change management
- High level of discretion – ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and manage your and other’s time
- Aptitude for and interest in managing/evaluating large sets of data and using data to generate insights
- Ability to be flexible and nimble and work through complex, and challenging opportunities
- Self starter with strong organizational skills/detail orientation, ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and drive speed to execution mission driven environment
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership, influencing, and relationship management skills

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
