Who We Are

HII – Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of deliver of B-Kits for our MPRA mission within the LOGIX contact. This person will be responsible for ensuring project effective communication across internal teams and government stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of government. The LOGIX TO will support the JADC2 goal to deliver a relevant information advantage with ISR operations and logistics support. To support continued progress and sustainment of the JADC2 Strategy, the LOGIX TO support the accelerated application of technological solutions by analyzing new and emerging technologies for DIU-NSIN Mission Partner systems, technologies, capabilities, platforms, equipment, and associated subordinate and supporting systems used to execute their missions. 

What You Will Do

• Project oversight to lead planning, implementation, and tacking of B-Kits delivery on the MPRA contract, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and quality standards are met. 
• Serve as a point of contact between government representatives, internal teams, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project status risks and expectations. 
• Help maintain project budgets, schedules, and allocation while maintaining a balance between cost-efficiency and quality assurance. 
• Ensure adherence to government contract regulations and compliance standards. 
• Log materials and maintain inventory trackers. 
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to provide RIP’s for shipment. 
• Oversee and collect material numbers for kits. 
• Work with cross functional teams to maintain contract requirements. 
• Other duties may be assigned. 
   

What We Are Looking For

• 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
• 3+ years experience supporting MPRA contract. 
• 3+ years of experience supporting warehouse inventory that includes maintaining shipments, inventory logs, and returned materials. 
• Previously support the Department of Defense or other government contracts. 
• Extensive experience of COMSEC Materials. 
• Efficient with Microsoft Office products. 
• Clearance: Ability to possess and maintain a Secret Clearance
