About the Role:

The CAM works closely with the Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) and senior account team by overseeing day-to-day account operations and coordinating the activities of the cross- firm team. Key activities include:

  • Coordinate team activities in building multiple strong relationships with stakeholders in the client including maintaining the account team relationship map and keeping oversight of all client interactions;
  • Help connect the account team by leading communications, coordinating account team meetings and driving regular interactions;
  • Provide support to the account leadership team on operational activities including preparing performance updates, ensuring the opportunity pipeline is kept up to date on the firm’s Salesforce system;
  • Regularly create and refresh account team materials e.g. slide decks, reports, team updates, proposals;
  • Coordinate and develop materials for sales activities, including client meetings, internal and client facing workshops and events, pursuits and proposals;
  • Provide the account team with up-to-date information on client challenges, news and industry trends;
  • Deliver key activities in the planning and execution of a 3-year account outlook and annual campaign strategy;
  • Create and maintain a repository for all account information;
  • Collaborate with internal functions in raising and resolving any risk or brand issues.

About You:

Essential:

  • Proactive and motivated;
  • Proven communication skills;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills;
  • Experience coordinating workshops/meetings;
  • Strong presentation and content creation skills (written and oral).

Desirable:

  • Experience managing and tracking pipeline and performance data;
  • Experience working in/with the tech industry
