Growth Internship

At bunch we are tirelessly working on building the OS for private market investing - aiming to push through access & liquidity barriers to make private markets work for everyone. bunch helps you to digitally create entities, seamlessly pool your co-investors and manage your portfolio. To complete our team, we are looking for a growth intern who will create and shape our community-driven growth strategy. We are looking for someone who will join us for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility to convert to full-time.

What you will be responsible for at bunch:  

• You will support the growth of bunch and take ownership in further developing and sharpening our growth & marketing strategy 

• You will initiate and execute new marketing campaigns, conceptualize those from scratch and tap into new marketing channels (e.g., community, SEO) that contribute to bunch’s growth 

• To run effective marketing campaigns, you will develop full project plans, produce content pieces (Social Media, Video, Blog etc.) and manage relevant stakeholders

• You will be responsible for capturing, analyzing and reporting key marketing performance metrics

• You will interact with all key departments at bunch, including Operations, Product and Tech to understand what messages we are trying to get across

What you should bring to the party: 

• You gathered your first professional experience in Marketing and are now ready to deploy those learnings to initiate bunch’s marketing efforts independently (Experience in Google’s world, SEO, SEM, etc. is a plus) 

• You truly enjoy being creative and conceptualizing marketing materials for various different channels and have first experience with designing content (canva etc.)

• You are thriving in fast-paced environments, you embrace collaboration and act proactively

• You are detail-oriented and analytical with a strong creative mindset 

• You are proficient in English
