Early-stage startup (Pre-seed to Series A) or VC/PE experience is a plus.</p></li><li><p>You are confident working with data, can think in processes and are not overwhelmed by complex dependencies.</p></li><li><p>You had first touch points with coding (SQL, Python, etc.) or no-code/low-code tools (<a href="http://make.com" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">make.com</a>, Retool, etc.).</p></li><li><p>You are a self-starter and eager to grow your technical hard skills.</p></li><li><p>You are an absolute team player, entrepreneurial, and work independently.</p></li><li><p>You are fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li></ul><h3>With a Tech Background</h3><ul><li><p>You have a background in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar programs and have an impressive academic record.</p></li><li><p>You have 1-5 years of professional experience in a high-paced environment where you demonstrated exceptional performance.
