What you will be doing:
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include assessing customer needs related to water treatment and water filtration maintenance, service, installations, and deliveries, as well as providing basic technical support for our systems. Who we want:We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. • High school diploma or GED (required)
• 0-3 years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
• High attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
