You’ll help guide our early users and partners through advanced proof-of-concept (POC) projects, managing those from concept to execution, and supporting business development with your strategic vision. This is an international role with EU focus, which will evolve over time with the growth of project Hafnia and your vision. </span></p> <p><span>You’ll be joining Milestone Systems, a leading global provider of video management software, working closely with a forward-thinking product and engineering team. This is your chance to work on Project Hafnia and influence the way responsible computer vision products come to life, alongside an inspiring network of developers, customers, and innovation partners. </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span><strong>Your Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <p><span><strong>Users Impact:</strong> Organize and manage POC projects to foster shared learning and collaboration opportunities to deliver impact for and with early users as well as contribute to solution design for customer specific use-case. </span></p> <p><span><strong>Relationship Building:</strong> Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor on applied AI and video analytics solutions with our technology partners and end-customers.  </span></p> <p><span><strong>Communication:</strong> Communicate product insights and progress to stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership </span></p> <p><span><strong>Proactive Engagement:</strong> Engage in pre-sales activities and customer/partner facing presentations to understand their needs and provide early guidance. Gather questions, suggestions, and relay those to our Go to market, tech, product, or compliance team. </span></p> <p><span><strong>Local activities:</strong> Orchestrate and participate onsite to data egress / ingress activities using suitcase servers, VMS integrations and cloud services connectors. </span></p> <p><span><strong>Are you the right candidate? </strong></span></p> <p><span><strong>Skills:</strong> </span></p> <p><span><strong>Project Leadership:</strong> Managing complex, cross-functional projects—from kick-off to delivery—with a clear eye on scope, timelines, and impact. </span></p> <p><span><strong>Business Development Support:</strong> Ability to translate customer needs into opportunities, supporting the go to market team with insights that drive value and growth. </span></p> <p><span><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Fluid people skills and a natural ability to build trust with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders alike. </span></p> <p><span><strong>Collaborative Co-Creation:</strong> Understand how co creation of technology product works and be able to facilitate collaborative development. </span></p> <p><span><strong>Data &amp; Licensing Understanding: </strong>Familiarity with data licensing and data lifecycle in the context of machine learning applications. </span></p> <p><span><strong>Technically Savvy: </strong>Can get a server up and running, connect it to other servers on prem or in the cloud and with the networking skills required to do this through several different technologies to facilitate large data volume transfers. </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span><strong>Experience:</strong> </span></p> <p><span>Has been involved in city or government operations and sales  </span></p> <p><span>5+ years of technology related project management  </span></p> <p><span>Worked with cloud storage services </span></p> <p><span>Hands on with servers and networks </span></p> <p><span>Proficient in defining and managing advanced analytics  </span></p> <p><span>Experience in the Video, safety and security industry </span></p> <p><span>XProtect (or equivalent VMS) user experience is an advantage </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>About the team:</strong> </span></p> <p><span>You will join over 20 good colleagues in a fast-growing and very international team that besides the engineering core counts profiles across marketing, sales and more.
