As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various departments to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate sales strategies, and optimize customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company products and services

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business goals

• Manage and track marketing campaigns, including email, print, and digital marketing efforts

• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to implement marketing initiatives

• Analyze market trends and customer data to optimize marketing and sales strategies

• Provide regular reports on marketing and sales performance to senior management

• Assist in organizing events and promotional activities to enhance brand presence

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales coordination

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
