Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Plan and lead all aspects of digital content production, including product-focused photo and video assets, from initial brief to final delivery.
Manage all aspects of lifestyle photography production, leading the creative process during pre-production (casting, location scouting, styling) and making final decisions for the crew during production.
Translate briefs into compelling and engaging visual product communications that effectively target consumers and shoppers, ensuring alignment with the intended message.
Collaborate with art directors, planners, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and graphic designers to create content that excites and inspires audiences.
Implement production, editorial, and launch plans with agility at the core of the process.
Maintain clear communication and provide updates to key partners, including marketing managers and IP partners.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

Global Content Factory is part of Our LEGO Agency and is responsible for creating content that is essentially the final phase of campaign and product marketing execution. The main colleagues are fellow digital production managers, strategists, creatives & marketing/brand managers!
Your primary responsibilities will include leading content production for The LEGO Group's e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with a team that manages the daily operations of these channels, alongside the extended Global Content Factory team. A significant portion of your time will be spent on photo shoots, where you will represent The LEGO Group. Your role will be to ensure that the content created aligns with the brief and meets the required quality standards.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in e-merchandising and/or digital content.
Hands-on experience producing photo and/or video shoots in studio or on location settings.
Background in working with an international brand, ideally in the FMCG sector or an industry focused on creating products and content for children.
Familiarity with digital content management platforms and project management tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
