Intern Engineering Support - San Angelo Area Office

TxDOT's San Angelo District is looking for Engineering Interns in the San Angelo Area Office. Office is located at 2802 Armstrong, San Angelo, TX.

This position is for internships during the months of May-August with the potential for year-round part-time employment.

Duties for this position may include construction or maintenance inspection, laboratory work, surveying, engineering data collection, learning basic roadway design concepts, and other entry-level engineering support work.  This internship will provide current high school and college students the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while earning a competitive salary.  At TxDOT, you will join a diverse workforce that is passionate about their careers and serving the citizens of Texas.

To qualify, students must:

Be at least 18 years old at time of hire
Be a U.S. citizen or be eligible to work in the U.S.
Enrolled in an engineering or related science degree program in an accredited college or university accepted by TX PELS.
