Join the ServiceNow Workflow Automation team, where we empower customers to automate their work effortlessly with clicks, not code. Our team drives enterprise low- and no-code automation experiences across our global cloud, supporting hundreds of thousands of customer instances and providing top-notch automation services for the NOW Platform. Role Description:

The Now Platform is our cutting-edge Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that fuels every ServiceNow application and enables customers to create their own custom applications and integration solutions. As a key member of the ServiceNow Platform team, you'll collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and other PM leaders to define and build the capabilities that will power the next generation of the ServiceNow platform. Your success means happy, productive customers and a thriving ecosystem of 3rd party developers creating delightful user experiences on the NOW platform.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Principal Product Manager passionate about connecting organizations across the enterprise on a no-code platform. This position reports to: Sr Manager of Product Management, Workflow Automation, Platform

What you'll get to do in this role:

  • Define product strategy
    • Drive vision, roadmap, strategy, and requirements to meet enterprise customers' needs
    • Define low-code/no-code workflow features and capabilities, and identify ideal experiences needed to unlock customer and business use cases
    • Be the voice of the customer, providing a business perspective on value during day-to-day development
  • Deliver quality products
    • Work cross-functionally with design and engineering to ensure top-notch software releases
    • Align with other platform teams and business units to achieve greater outcomes together
    • Guide teams to focus on enhancing customer outcomes
  • Promote our products
    • Be a visible product expert, sharing best practices internally and with customers
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales, and User Learning to create go-to-market materials and training documents
    • Serve as an evangelist with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a cross-team strategy around automation, emphasizing a holistic vision across multiple technologies for a broad set of use cases

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience with low-code workflow automation products
  • Experience with business process management and digital process automation technology
  • Ability to make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable, with a keen sense of what is technically feasible
  • Comfortable delivering product presentations to large audiences
  • Proven ability to execute plans and get things done
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to travel approximately 15%
