About the role

Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and PMC policies, procedures, and protocols, i.e., provides primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team while integrating clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership nursing roles. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of Nursing Process when delivering care.  Provides care requiring specialized skills, experience, knowledge and demonstrated competency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing. Or
  • Associate's Degree Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing. Or
  • Nursing degree Diploma from an accredited school of nursing.      
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Recent RN experience in a patient care setting.
  • For oncology infusion: Oncology chemotherapy administration experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: Oncology Nursing Certification and IV Therapy certification (for Oncology Infusion)
  • 2 years Recent RN experience in a patient care setting. 
  • Recent prior experience in an outpatient setting.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
