The Business Development Associate will be instrumental in assisting new Home Improvement Contractors in joining the GoodLeap family by supporting the outside sales team in signing up prospective contractors and on-boarding them after approval. This role must understand products and attributes, customer needs and Business Credit Risk requirements.  Will collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure overall contractor success.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete online applications for newly established installers/contractors
• Collect and review documents from newly established installers/contractors. This may include but is not limited to references, 3 day right to cancel, credit authorization forms, invoices/HIC, financials, licenses, and insurance (Certificate of Insurance) 
• Meet with Senior Directors/Directors weekly to map out business development support needs
• Submit complete packages to Business Credit Risk for approval to conduct business
• Submit documents for Installer/Contractor Integrations

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• 1 year home improvement experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused
• Attention to detail
• 4 year college degree preferred

Compensation:  $50,000 - $60,000
