Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
We are seeking a Test Engineer with role in the definition, design and validation of next generation of memory test solution. As a Technologist of the platform development team, you will have the outstanding and meaningful opportunity to participate in product design, validation and bring up. The Engineer will need to independently work with vendors, understand the settings, write/modify tests, debug and collect data in the fleet.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering with 10+ years of experience in protocols like NAND(FLASH) Toggle mode/Onfi, DDR3/4/5, LPDDR3/4/5 GDDR3/4/5/6 and other High speed interfaces
• Thorough understanding of High-Speed PHY and Datapath architectures and other clock recovery and schemes.
• Experience with HW designs, Design validation, Production tests and signal integrity of high-speed interfaces.
• Deep knowledge of the product development cycle from concept to mass production.
• Very analytical in nature and able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• The ability to work independently and drive tasks from start to completion.
• Ability to work cross functionally with SW team to define and implement diagnostics for hardware validation at component, interface, and system level.

SKILLS

• Python Scripting skills to automate tests, logs parsing and data collection.
• Expertise in storage test tools such as performance benchmarks, IO stress tools, experience with at least 1 storage protocol like NVMe, SAS is preferred. protocol certifications
• Hands-on lab equipment skills for electrical validation and characterization.
• High level of integrity and commitment to quality and timeliness.
• Experience in using various bench equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and meters.
• Must have a good knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test interface hardware.
