Ketjen is hiring for a Product Manager. This position is located hybrid, located in the Clear Lake, TX, Singapore, or Amsterdam.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Analysis
- Development Regional strategy for your defined market and align on execution with RGM
- Develop Long-Range-Plans (LRP) & Annual Operation Plan (AOP) in close collaboration with RGM
- Define price list for all products within region and acceptable CM/kg target
- Understand customers business, strategy, regional policy changes and future markets
- Share insight into market conditions & competitive behavior
- Determine optimal path to market for growth and prioritize segments
- Strategy and organization of product roadmap
- Long-term market forecast to develop/support Strategic Growth Plan
Financial Management:
- Responsible for margins per Product Group / Market Segment / Region
- Conduct financial analyses, budgeting, understand and challenge cost impact on P&L
- Deep dive into product cost reduction and implement cost controls
- Inventory needs within regions
- Together with SIOP analyze forecasting accuracy and define improvements
- Lead continuous improvement projects that result in cash generation or reduced risk
Contracts & Partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and review periodically and manage and improve collaboration with partnerships
- Serve as director or operational lead of alliances/partnerships
- Promote partnerships with customers & internally
- Licensors with respect to Energy Transition – Revamps vs. New Units
Marketing and Customer Experience
- Develop and execute (in close collaboration with communication department) global marketing strategies & coordinate with regional teams for brand alignment, and develop case studies for challenger insights
- Management of Marketing Budgets
- Collaborate with Sales and TE to propose customer solutions that win business
- Coordination of new marketing opportunities within region such as trade shows or publications
- Coordination of articles produced within
- Customer experience: work with Quality to review QN database and prioritize corrective actions
- Understand customers' business, strategy, regional policy changes, and future markets
What You Bring
Required:
- Engineering or Business Degree Required
- Minium of 10 years' experience
- Additional knowledge, skills, abilities REQUIRED: Strategic Thinking, Prioritization, Project Management, Business Acumen, Analytical Thinking,
