About the Role
Senior Doc is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our senior care team in Santa Ana, CA. This is a phone-based, full-time, in-office position focused on care coordination and patient support.

Responsibilities

• Patient intake, assessments, and scheduling

• Document patient interactions in electronic systems

• Support providers with communication and follow-up

• Educate patients and families on healthcare resources

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant diploma or certificate (Required)

• Excellent phone and organizational skills

• Experience with seniors/geriatrics preferred
