You will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent for non-technical positions within Commercial, Sales and corporate functions.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, and establish recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage passive and active candidates.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.

  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, monitor the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
     

About you: 

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in technology-driven organization required.

  • Proven track record of attracting top talent across levels and go to market functions e.g. Sales, Post-Sales, Commercial is required.

  • Strong understanding of the technical and non-technical skill sets required for positions within a technology-driven organization is required.

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent using various recruitment methods and tools is required.

  • Experience in conducting behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit is required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders is required.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools to manage the recruitment process is required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines is required.

  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism and integrity is required.
