About the role
Position Summary:
Will lead the initiative to establish a team of subject matter experts, gather and analyze business requirements, design, build, and implement systems, and provide hyper care support. Will work closely with IT and various cross-functional business groups to ensure seamless integration and operation. As a subject matter expert, you will offer valuable insights and support for global, cross-functional, and regional initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide SAP platform and development standards for project teams in order to develop solutions that leverage SAP best practice and comply with architecture standards.
- Lead projects in SAP LE (Logistics Execution) from inception to completion, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee and provide guidance to SAP IT Outsourcer for application administration, development, configuration, escalations, and drive continuous improvement activities across the SAP platform.
- Collaborating and Integrating company’s systems with 3PL providers to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, enable real-time data sharing and reduce costs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP -related issues in the space of Logistics and Warehouse operations, providing expert guidance and support to resolve technical challenges.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance system performance and promote a culture for adoption of automation to improve process efficiency, productivity and effectiveness.
- Actively engage with operations leaders to identify business problems that are conducive to artificial intelligence (AI) and/or automation solutions in line with Digital Transformation (DT) road map and vision.
- Be an active member of the DT leadership team within the organization. Ensure that digital transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
Position Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in SAP Warehouse management , Inventory Management , Procurement (Material Management) modules
- Between 3-5 years of experience in SAP WM, TM eWM
- Knowledge of SAP, Enterprise resource planning (ERP), Planning Systems, Microsoft
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS) Certification
- Ability to address change management and have understanding of business acumen.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; decision making and problem solving.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $160,000
