About the role

As the IT&D Senior Analyst, Power BI you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-quality reports and dashboards using modern data visualization tools. You will be responsible for building analytical measures, developing user-friendly reports, and governing the reporting suite to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a data-driven culture by turning complex datasets into actionable driving innovation and scalability to support Essential Home’s business strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, pragmatic and loves a challenge. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are action and result oriented. Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, to meet business requirements.
• Build advanced analytical measures, calculations, and KPIs to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
• Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and usability of reports by establishing and managing governance for the enterprise reporting suite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of dashboards and reports, ensuring scalability and reliability for enterprise-wide use.
• Establish best practices for report design and data visualization, focusing on clarity, usability, and business impact.
• Govern access and usage policies for the reporting suite, ensuring alignment with data governance frameworks and security standards.
• Support training and upskilling initiatives to empower business users to effectively interact with and leverage the reporting suite.
