Job Description

At Langland, our account team creates the conditions in which great work is born. As an Account Supervisor in our Clinical Trial Experience discipline, your primary role is managing activities and deliverables for a portfolio of assigned projects, delivering patient-first communications and collateral at a global scale. As the main agency contact and trusted partner to your client, you will focus on the accurate and timely delivery of creative and executional work, including translations, ensuring success for both client and agency. You will oversee the work of junior team members on larger projects and provide mentorship and guidance.

Qualifications

Job requirements:

• 4+ years of Account Management experience (dual Project Management experience is a plus)
• 2+ years healthcare marketing experience – HCP or DTC
• Experience in developing creative and tactical campaigns
• Exceptional client management and internal relationship skills
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital media
• Experience in managing budgets

Candidate should possess:

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $70,000- $117,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and we reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, we will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
