About the role

As part of a self-organizing team of professionals that span all competencies of operations and sustainment, you will also conduct briefings to flag level leadership, attend stakeholder engagements (CONUS and OCONUS), and provide periodic written reports to ensure all stakeholders are apprised of SRF-W developments.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard experience with a record of being able to work collaboratively with labor and management.
  • Strong shop, training, quality assurance or engineering experience of at least 10 years.
