Central Stores Coordinator

Under the guidance of Supply Chain Manager, must act as a coordinator for the Soldiers &Sailors site regarding any supply chain issues. Must order, receive, and distribute products to various departments while keeping proper documentation.

EDUCATION:
Minimum:
High school graduate or equivalent education.
Preferred:
Previous inventory experience or some advanced education


LICENSE:
Minimum:
Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy.


PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Preferred:
 Previous receiving and data entry experience.


SKILLS:
Minimum:
Able to work under pressure, with common sense and a talent for retaining and prioritizing material management functions.
Must be very detail-oriented and organized with good communication skills.
Must be computer literate for data entry.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
Excellent interpersonal communication (written and oral), and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Some prior experience in working independently
