As the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations, you will lead and optimize marketing processes and technologies within Lucid Motors. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset, complemented by a strong focus on execution. You will be pivotal in delivering innovative and creative solutions to drive marketing efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing operations strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee and enhance Experiential Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Paid Media, and CRM management, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our website.
  • Provide strategic guidance on marketing technology investments to ensure alignment with business goals, emphasizing practical and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate marketing operations into the broader organizational strategy, enhancing end-to-end processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and marketing automation.
  • Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of the marketing technology stack to support diverse marketing functions.
  • Foster integration and alignment of marketing systems to enable data-driven decision-making and measurable impact forecasting.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance marketing operations.
  • Implement a robust system for marketing performance measurement, tracking, and reporting to provide insights into key metrics, trends, and opportunities, regularly presenting findings to executive leadership.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team, focusing on strong people leadership and results orientation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support integrated marketing campaign execution and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in marketing operations, with significant expertise in process optimization and technology management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive change and influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the capability to translate data into actionable insights and predict measurable results from specific actions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic problem-solving skills, with a keen orientation towards results and performance improvement.
