The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino isn't just about the casino floor or the stage, it's about the A-list experience we bring to every single guest, even in the privacy of their room. We're looking for an energetic, service-driven individual to join our crew as a Room Service Attendant!

What You'll Be Rocking:

• The Spotlight: Be the welcoming face and voice of our service, answering calls promptly and taking accurate food and beverage orders.
• The Gig: Get meals from the kitchen to the guest's door on time and with a professional flourish.
• The Encore: Handle the financial finale—processing payments and ensuring every transaction is accurate.
• The Stage Prep: Maintain a super clean and sanitary workstation, menus, and tools.

• Take food and beverage orders from the kitchen to guest rooms. 
• Ensure meals are received in a timely manner.
• Ensure all guests have a fantastic first and last impression through outstanding guest service relations. 
• Maintains cleanliness of workstation, menus and all other tools necessary for the position. 
• Answers the telephone and provides excellent phone etiquette.
• Performs financial transactions and processes guest payment for the goods and services delivered.
• Upholds a safe and sanitary work environment. 
• Promotes the Big Six; encourages a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
• Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
