Technical Recruiter

Vitally is growing and it’s time to hire a Technical Recruiter!

We are looking for a seasoned Tech Recruiter to help build out our Engineering and Product orgs. You’ll work autonomously creating pipelines and shaping candidate experience while influencing Vitally’s overall recruitment process. This role will constantly challenge you to think creatively about how to drive hiring results and will require you to be part of a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a broad recruiting strategy. We are building for the long term and just getting started.

We are based in NYC/Brooklyn, but we hire remote-first in the U.S!

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and screen passive talent for Engineering and Product roles
• Deliver qualified diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish positive relationships with candidates and organizations
• Champion candidate experience by building strong relationships with candidates and guiding them through the process
• Partner with Talent and Hiring Managers to improve recruiting processes and recruiting efficiency.
• Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity in ATS (Workable)

Requirements

• 4+ years at agency and/or in-house as a Technical Recruiter
• Solid sourcing/recruiting fundamentals with a desire to grow and teach.
• Aptitude for finding creative sourcing strategies for unique or hard-to-fill roles
• Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
• Deep understanding of the technical landscape and ability to speak eloquently about software development

• Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary given both your experience as well as location (we know some places cost a lot to live!) The comp band for this role starts at $100,000/year and increases based on skill and seniority of the candidate.
