Job Description

🚀 Your Role as a Sales Business Controller

As a Sales Business Controller, you hold a pivotal position overseeing Sales, Logistics, and SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative) controlling functions. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the financial health and strategic direction of these crucial areas within our organization. Collaborating closely with a team of 7 outstanding professionals, you will drive the financial performance and transformation in our location.

🛠️ Your Tasks

• Efficiently conduct financial planning and reporting processes ensuring relevance, accuracy, and timeliness (e.g., cost centers, sales forecasts)
• Apply strong analytical skills to assess margin over sales, logistics costs, and sales & administrative expenses
• Serve as a valuable controlling partner for internal stakeholders: identify risks and opportunities, and provide advice for countermeasures to achieve targets
• Coordinate year-end stock-taking and prepare reports for external audits
• Drive improvement projects in the controlling area (e.g., automation)

Qualifications

🎓 What You Bring:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in business controlling or FP&A field;
• Proficiency in SAP CO/SD modules, including cost center planning and activity planning;
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel;
• Experience in building dashboards using Power BI, with coding capabilities.
