TxDOT’s New Braunfels Maintenance Office is responsible for maintaining approximately 800 miles of the state's highway and roadway system throughout Comal County and portions of surrounding counties. As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading maintenance operations that keep Texas roadways safe and reliable for the traveling public. Responsibilities include overseeing roadway and sign maintenance, debris removal, and heavy equipment operations, while supporting daily crew activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
