Responsibilities
PeopleTec is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Missile Defense Wargame Lead/Project Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.
In this role, you will take on a leadership position directing missile defense wargame efforts, collaborating closely with other DoD organizations, Joint Staff, and Combatant Command representatives. You will play a crucial role in defining and managing and overseeing a multi-discipline technical team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead missile defense wargame efforts, working closely with various DoD organizations, Joint Staff, and Combatant Command representatives.
- Manage a multi-discipline technical team, ensuring cohesion and efficiency in project execution.
- Work as a Lead engineer on cutting-edge systems engineering development and integration projects that directly support tactical warfighters.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of multi-domain integrations, fires, and command & control systems to develop innovative solutions for Joint All Domain Command/Control and integrated base defense.
- Act as a Program Manager, overseeing stakeholders, schedules, funding acquisition, and expenditures reporting.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Management or Sciences or equivalent years of experience.
- 20+ years of experience in missile defense systems engineering or related field.
- Prior military experience preferred.
- Proven track record in characterizing missile defense performance against advanced ballistic and non-ballistic threats.
- Experience in establishing, maintaining, and planning for venues hosting Warfighter Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures development.
- Demonstrated expertise in defining Modeling and Simulation requirements for Live, Virtual, and Constructive wargaming.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading technical teams and directing projects.
- In-depth understanding of multi-domain integrations, fires, and command & control systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in program management, including managing schedules, funding acquisition, and expenditures reporting.
- Must have a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility to perform this work.
