One Tool Unit is a new unit being set up in Vestas to own, operate, and deliver a broad variety of tools for internal customers across the entire value chain of Vestas. This includes tools used in construction, service, and repairs, as well as servicing of our Wind Turbine. The focus of One Tool Unit is to provide right quality tools and tool services at the right time and place, on the right price with a high focus on safety. Tool warehouse at Port of Esbjerg is servicing offshore activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Operational Buying with Operational buying team in Chennai.
• Ordering handling SAP Project Builder, with Offshore Project sites through the Tool Key Account Manager, Offshore
• One Point of contact project Sites
• Site Project coordinator / daily contact
• Secure On time delivery for all tools on offshore site
• Daily exceptions handling in SAP

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as Order handler, Logistic Coordinator, Sales coordinator, similar position 
• End 2 end Supply chain understanding and operational buying.
• Knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of Lean training and SAP order handling & material management

• Well organized with attention to details
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Advanced level of communication and teamwork skill
