- HR Service Advisor Estimated hourly base pay: $24.52(minimum) - $31.73(midpoint) - $39.42(maximum)
- Sr HR Service Advisor Estimated hourly base pay: $28.85(minimum) - $37.50(midpoint) - $46.15(maximum)

HR Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize case management system to document and respond to member inquiries in a professional, sensitive, and customer-focused manner, providing timely and accurate information, clarifying issues, researching answers, escalating unresolved problems, and following through to ensure that each case is fully resolved in accordance with service level agreements.
- Handles leave and accommodation cases by reviewing requests, coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees and managers while maintaining confidentiality.
- Update knowledge articles in coordination with Process Owner.
- Escalate issues related to compliance to Sr. Advisor or Manager.
- Collaborate with team members on process improvements.
Sr HR Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize case management system to document and respond to member inquiries in a professional, sensitive, and customer-focused manner, providing timely and accurate information, clarifying issues, researching answers, escalating unresolved problems, and following through to ensure that each case is fully resolved in accordance with service level agreements.
- Handles leave and accommodation cases by reviewing requests, coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees and managers while maintaining confidentiality.
- Partner with COE on knowledge articles and core processes. Recommend improvements for formatting and usability based on best practices.
- Provide coaching and training for other team members on HR Processes and Procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR services meet their needs and align with overall HR strategies. This includes identifying and leading projects related to core HR Processes or Procedures driving to improve accuracy and/or efficiency.
HR Service Advisor Key Skills:
- Communication Skills - The ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, including presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving - The ability to identify and solve complex HR-related issues, such as benefits enrollment errors or payroll discrepancies.
- Compliance Management: Basic understanding of HR Compliance; ability to research and learn. Ask questions or escalate if there is any uncertainty.
