Sr. Field Engineer

We seek a highly skilled Sr. Field Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our pre- and post-sales processes, ensuring our prospects and customers have the technical resources they need to succeed. You will manage onboarding, provide expert technical support, and act as a critical liaison between our sales and engineering teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements with prospects.
• Deliver post-sales support, ensuring seamless onboarding for new customers.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and match them with technical solutions.
• Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations.
• Offer strategic guidance and technical insights to prospects and customers during sales.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with internal teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and the overall market landscape.
• Act as the technical point of contact for prospects and customers to ensure their success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in field engineering, sales engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience in implementing analytics projects for large enterprisesStrong experience supporting sales teams and managing customer onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• AWS, Google or Microsoft Cloud certification(s)
