Your New Role: 
The Sr. Business Analyst will play a key role guiding the team as well as key stakeholders across various tasks related to the implementation, administration and support of the Agiloft CLM application and related WBD legal applications, integrations. Other key roles will be improving business processes and aligning key metrics in the CLM process.  Typically works on multiple, complex, and/or high-profile projects. 

Your Role Accountabilities: 

Business Analysis & Process Improvement     

• Using business and application knowledge, research requests for assistance and recommend software solutions or process improvements that will meet business needs.    

• Identify implicit, unstated, or unrecognized business needs and assist project leads and client in determining software configurations, process reengineering, or other technology solutions.    

• Guide efforts and decisions that will determine feasibility of solutions and make recommendations to the project team that will not only provide short-term success but support the accomplishment of long-term business goals. 

• Partner with ITBCs and give direction to Analysts for problem resolution across projects. 

• Facilitate requirements meetings with customers to determine and prioritize business and system requirements for projects ranging in complexity from medium to high.  

• Document, organize and analyze requirements (e.g., business system, security, conversion, and reporting), functional design and document specifications, and assist with conversion, testing, configuration, training, and other project needs throughout the implementation life cycle.   

• Perform walkthroughs and/or prototype demonstrations as needed. 

Project Management      

• Provide project management for small to medium sized projects, including project planning, development, change control, implementation, issue management, customer relationships, and team leadership. 

Support      

• Serve as an escalation point for production support.  Capture/communicate problem metrics as appropriate, identify and research problem trends, and give guidance to other Analysts while resolving process and application issues.
