We are happy to announce that Verisk Poland is looking for Senior Business Analyst for the Product and Technology Team focused on UK, Ireland and General Insurance.  

This role will provide business analysis services to several new and ongoing strategic and customer projects.

In this role you will get a chance to:

• Carry out business analysis activities across 3 business units including scoping, gap analysis and detailed requirements definition. 
• Drive the analysis process to explore and document requirements for new projects. 
• Gather and document requirements from customers and compile customers facing documents.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Managing key stakeholders, making sure that their needs and expectations are met 
• Communicating effectively with all levels of the business including development and management team
• Representing the business or customer in Agile Development Projects and helping drive them to a successful outcome. 
• Documenting business cases for new projects that are subsequently approved for execution
• Successfully assisting the team in solving complex business problems

Qualifications

What are we looking for? 

• At least 3 years of experience within the software, insurance, financial services, or data industry 
• Experience of owning and successfully driving the analysis and requirements gathering process within a data services or IT arena 
• Experience of performing gap analysis 
• Skills and experience in using API tools like Postman, JMeter or Swagger is desirable 
• Familiarity in working on projects associated with APIs, data solutions, JSON, XML and related solutions is important.
• An innovative team player and an excellent communicator both in verbal and written English
