As the Oracle Health Clinical Informaticist, you will:
Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle Health’s EHR system
Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical information system support for patient care operations that align with policy, procedure, protocol and standards of clinical care
Provide insights and expertise on clinical system assessment, workflow carting, process analysis identifying and implement clinical information system solutions
Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed
Requirements:
Minimum of a BS in nursing, MSN is highly desirable
8+ years combined work experience with at least 1 year of experience as a licensed healthcare provider along with clinical consulting and/or Clinical Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) work experience
Experience in EHR Implementation designing, developing and executing data and technology, clinical centered solutions for the client
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health Clinical solutions to client audiences
Willingness to travel onsite with flexibility to work nights and weekends
Authorization to work in the United States
Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
