The Opportunity:  

As the People Services Talent Integrator Operations Lead, you know the complexities of supporting priorities from concept to completion. Many efforts require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep priorities on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Talent Integrator Operations Lead, who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain program operations in support of the firm, sector and account strategies. You’ll proactively work with the Sector's talent integrator leadership to partner driving the optimization of strategies, tools, processes, practices, projects, and systems across talent teams; use data analysis and problem solving skills to identify area of improvement and develop solutions to enable talent team efficiencies; be responsible for driving talent metrics, identifying areas of improvement, forecasting future talent needs, and ensures the talent organization is enabled to function effectively and efficiently; lead program and project management best practices to ensure the successful execution of deliverables; and deliver executive socialization & stakeholder management of key strategic deliverables and change management. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Tableau, Workday, and Microsoft Suite and regular interactions with Sector Talent Integrator Leaders, Corporate Centers of Excellence, and Sector leaders.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Day-to-day talent activities and dedicated cross-team projects for business impact

  • Ensure talent initiatives and priorities are correctly aligned to business priorities and outcomes

  • Leadership in the development of team goals and talent strategies that will favorably impact talent efforts and overall business priorities

  • Partners in talent initiatives aimed at improving performance, experience and efficiency, including new processes, integrations, and/or implementation of tools

  • Develops models, dashboards, and reports/metrics to measure talent strategy progress, understand health of talent operations, and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Communicates talent metrics at an executive level and share with appropriate stakeholders

  • Drives program management best practices across the team, utilizing traditional and emerging tools to ensure successful execution of timelines & deliverables

  • Develops strong relationships with senior leadership and partner teams throughout the firm and help drive and influence results for the team

  • Serves as a talent partner to successfully educate and train team members and/or business leaders on talent related analyses, processes, and tools

  • Drives monthly or quarterly talent operations reporting and program management reviews

  • Partners with COEs and internal business partners to determine future capabilities and solutions for projects/initiatives

 You Have: 

  • 5+ years experience in roles leveraging data analysis, project management, recruiting or talent acquisition operations, human resources business partner, or organization effectiveness

  • Experience delivering and prioritizing deliverables and solutions across multiple teams 

  • Experience driving cross-functional teams to identify root causes of workforce and organizational challenges and develop integrated solutions 

  • Experience in formalizing best practices, tools, and resources for talent approaches using scalable enterprise approaches 

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for in person key recruiting events, strategy meetings, all hands and business needs

  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify trends and problems, recommend actionable solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders and senior-level leadership
