The Analyst, D&A Operations will be responsible for analyzing, auditing and processing various education data files ensuring the highest quality standard with timeliness, accuracy and efficiency meeting departmental/company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing effective project plans within budget, timeframe and quality metrics.
- Oversee internal and external resources with concurrent projects.
- Track, document and communicate accurate project status and results.
- Identify progress barriers and work with department team to develop and implement solutions to overcome them.
- Assist in process improvements by continually evaluating current methodologies, effectively interface with internal team members and vendors to drive resource saving efficiencies.
- Maximize use of technology to streamline processes and ensure the most appropriate resources are applied to each step.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective quality assurance processes, through quality assurance steps to ensure issues are identified, defined and resolved.
- Identify, analyze and audit external and internal data sources.
- Provide timely and supportive customer service to internal and external customers.
- Develop a clear understanding of quality drivers and champion the communication of data quality metrics throughout the organization.
- Proactively analyze and trouble shoot problems and issues associated with data.
- Assess the critically of the issue and escalate for timely resolution, participate in solution of the issue.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or 3-5 years of data collection experience or equivalent job experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Access.
- Critical competencies: problem solving/analysis, communication skills, initiative, leadership and ability to influence.
- Excellent organizational, decision making and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
