Your Role...
As a Senior Associate, Data Reporting, for MIS, a ReSource Pro company, you will support MIS clients by pulling and submitting various underwriting-related transactions reports to NCCI, state bureaus of insurance, and other governing bodies. In this client-facing role, you will ensure report submissions maintain high data quality standards and strict adherence to deadlines, while ensuring a positive client experience.

This role is based at the MIS office in Maitland, FL with the option for hybrid remote work arrangements after training period.

After 3 months you will...

Pull and submit reports related to underwriting services to NCCI, insurance bureaus, and other governing bodies
Follow established processes and procedures to complete routine and mid-level complexity reports related to policies, binders, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, etc.; This may include gathering and cleaning data, and submitting reports to a variety of web-based systems
Manage and track reoccurring reports that may be weekly, bimonthly, or monthly in cadence and ensure adherence to deadlines
Exercise problem solving skills to resolve problems with low-to-mid level complexity; Escalate high-level complexity to your supervisor
Serve as a lead for client reporting that is low-to-mid level complexity and serve as a backup for others
Respond promptly to client needs, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring a positive client experience
Answer questions professionally and address any low-level client service issues; Escalate client service recovery issues as needed
Participate in client status calls with supervisor and provide input to clients as needed
Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to the achievement of internal team goals
Look for opportunities to improve processes to better support clients; Build knowledge and expertise in underwriting

What you need to be successful...

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years' experience working in an office environment
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Customer-centric mindset
Impeccable attention-to-detail; Process-focused
Thrive in a fast-paced, repetitive, deadline-driven environment
Strong sense of self-discipline
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Your Compensation...
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a hybrid position out of our office in Maitland, FL. The salary range for this location and role is $18.14-$25.75 per hour. The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
