The Role

Subject matter expert whose duties are most complex in nature.  Work will include daily support role for Fidelity Fund Order Room.  Conduct analysis to help understand trends, create solutions, improve processes and enhance systems as it is related to the Fidelity Funds Order Room.  May assist management in work delegation and process oversight.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 3-5 years Mutual Fund experience. 

• Assist in systems testing as it related to initiatives, enhancements, and new business functionality.

• Processing of daily functions and oversight.

• Work toward becoming functional SME for all Fidelity Fund processing.

• Project management and problem resolution responsibilities.

• Responsible for complicated trading issues.

• Solid decision-making responsibilities.

• Agile Methodology knowledge.

• Overall Mutual Fund operations knowledge as it pertains to trading and as well as reconciliation.

The Team

The Fidelity Fund Order Room oversees $2.5T+ of Mutual Fund and Core Fund assets.  Fidelity is the sub-transfer agent and works closely with other teams to ensure trade processing and settlement are complete.

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
