Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework to track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
- Establish data governance processes and standards to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of performance data.
- Support the development and implementation of advanced analytics and predictive modelling techniques to uncover actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of performance issues and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop performance improvement initiatives and action plans based on data-driven insights.
- Design and produce regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the performance management and data analytics teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and performance management, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build data analytics capabilities across the organization.
- Develop and provide data for the business development team in support of company growth and expansion.
- Conduct ongoing review and analysis of federal and state policies and regulations and develop or participate in teams that develop new and/or updated training materials, tool kits and standard operating procedure templates related to performance.
- Support efforts to retain and secure new business through participation in conferences, events, meetings, preparation of proposals and oral presentations as requested.
Qualifications
