Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Data Governance, Analytics, and Reporting Lead to drive our people data strategy and initiatives and elevate our data-driven decision-making capabilities. Position Summary:
As the Senior HR Data Governance, Analytics, and Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team overseeing and optimizing the people data strategy, governance, quality, and security of our people data. You will also lead efforts to develop and deliver comprehensive HR information reports and analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including data governance, advanced analytics, and operational reporting, while collaborating globally with stakeholders across all Publicis Groupe markets.
Key Responsibilities:
People Data:
- Establish and enforce people data governance, compliance, security, privacy, and protection initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and execute HR information delivery and analysis strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with GDPO and Market stakeholders on system projects, integration, and data requests, streamlining processes.
- Own and manage role-based data permissions (RBP) across all people systems, defining a system-agnostic RBP framework.
- Lead initiatives to simplify and enhance RBP setup and management.
- Manage approvals for data requests and access, including setup and approvals for data access within Groupe people systems.
- Lead data governance activities, partnering with Global Talent Systems Support team and local HRIS Leads.
- Audit people data and processes, identifying gaps and implementing data integrity controls.
- Collaborate with entities, Chief Talent Officers, and local RIS Leads to correct data issues and maintain data integrity.
- Engage employee groups in updating and maintaining their data through Employee Self-Service/Manager Self Service.
- Create and lead the Groupe data steering committee for visibility, enforcement, and alignment.
Reporting:
- Build, deliver, and maintain operational reports for all Groupe-people systems.
- Conduct regular report reviews, managing inventory, eliminating redundancies, and categorizing reports for ease of use.
- Manage all Global People Data Requests, including client requests, sales pitches, DEI requests, and cross-market/cross-country reporting.
Analytics:
- Expand the people analytics function to incorporate external data sources, providing holistic business insights.
- Work with Groupe HR operations, local Chief Talent Officers, and HRIS Leads to define requirements, best practices, and adoption of HR data.
- Implement BI technologies for data visualizations and dashboards from HR GDW.
