This is a hybrid (1 days in office, 4 days remote) position. This position is based at our corporate facility in Framingham, Ma.
What you’ll be doing:
The HR Services Administrator is an integral part of our HR Shared Services Team. In this role, you will, provide administrative support for the Human Resources department including, primary contact for records retention and retrieval processes, completion of I-9 verifications for associates, HR related audits, HR related mail, primary expeditor for HR Services information requests and employment verifications.

- Ability to multi-task and work on many different activities, while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work professionally with all levels of management and handle difficult situations with sensitivity.
- Experience in a customer service or other relevant customer facing role.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of related experience
- Ability to work in office 1 day a week
- Intermediate skills in Adobe, Microsoft Office products, including Outlook (or other calendar management systems).

- Prior HR experience and knowledge of HR
